What to Expect
Five days of training, movement, laughter, challenge, recovery and connection.
This isn’t just a fitness retreat, it’s a shared experience designed to push you, support you, and leave you feeling better than when you arrived.
Day 1
Arrival & Settle In

Day 1 is all about arriving, switching off, and easing into the experience.
Guests will arrive throughout the day, so there are no scheduled sessions, just time to settle in, unpack, and take in your surroundings.
We’ll make sure food is available in your room if you arrive late, and we’ll be around to help with anything you need.
Just let Alex and Andrew know when you’re on your way.
3:00pm – Check-in
6:30pm – Dinner (for early arrivals)
Take the evening to relax — the real fun starts tomorrow.
Day 2
Train,
Play & Connect

The first full day sets the tone for the week.
We kick off with our first gym session, followed by an optional run club for those who want to move a little more and explore together.
After breakfast, the day opens up with free time to relax, recover, or head to the beach.
In the afternoon, things get competitive (and very fun) with the UFROX (teamwork, laughs, and just enough chaos to bring the group together)
We finish the day with dinner and a team quiz.
Expect: training, teamwork, laughs, and that “this is going to be a great week” feeling.
Day 3
Explore & Challenge

After a morning gym session and breakfast, we head out together for a day trip, a chance to explore, wander, shop, eat, and soak up the culture.
Later in the afternoon, we’re back in action with The Decathlon, a beach-based challenge designed to test fitness, grit, and teamwork in a fun, supportive way.
Dinner follows, with the evening left open to relax, socialise, or recharge.
Expect: adventure, movement, sunshine, and a perfect balance of effort and enjoyment.
Day 4
Battles &
Final Night Feels

We start with a Beach Battle right on the beachfront.
Simple, effective, and unforgettable.
After breakfast, you’ll have space to relax before lunch and more free time
In the afternoon, we take on the Tsambiki Hike, a shared challenge with incredible views and a huge sense of achievement.
The week finishes with our final night team dinner, bringing everyone together to celebrate the effort, the progress, and the memories made.
Expect: big moments, big views, and even bigger vibes.
Day 5
Final Move
&
Farewells

As much as we don't want things to end...
We finish with an optional run club, 30 minute stretch and a final breakfast together.
11:00am – Check-out
If you’ve got a later flight, you’re more than welcome to stay and use the hotel facilities while you wait.
You’ll leave tired, fulfilled, stronger and already talking about the next one.
